Features

  • This set includes 6” length roll pin punches with the following diameters: 3/32", 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 7/32", 1/4" and 5/16".
  • Used primarily to remove roll pins.
  • The center of the tip of the punch has a rounded center section that fits inside the hole created by the roll pin.
  • This helps prevent damaging the roll pin and easy removal of the pin.
  • The octagonal shape is easier to grip when striking with a hammer and also prevents the tool from rolling away when placed on a surface.
  • The tip is ground and polished.
  • The material core design prevents mushrooming of the striking head.
  • Tools are tempered to a hardness of 54 to 58 HRC - not just at the tip but throughout the entire length of the tool.
  • Forged from top quality hardened chrome vanadium steel.
  • Compiles with DIN 7255 standard.
